Step 2: Once the application and patch agreement have been completed and signed, please email them along with your DD214 to the Chapter Secretary at secretary@cvma237.org for processing.
Step 3: Once you have been informed by the Chapter Secretary that your application has been approved by the National Secretary, complete your new member chapter dues payment above.
